This elegant light oak sideboard with a mirrored rear panel would be an attractive and practical addition to the lounge or large hallway. Below are two exceptionally deep central drawers with a lockable single-door shelved cupboard on each side providing a large amount of flexible storage.Our restoration workshop has stripped and cleaned this lovely sideboard before applying a matt lacquer that enhances the colour and grain of the oak. This professional lacquer finish also provides a good level of everyday protection, although care is always needed when placing hot or sharp items. The dimensions show the maximum height at the back of this piece followed in brackets by the height of the main top surface. This piece is constructed from a mixture of woods, some solid oak and some veneer panels. The back is made up of plywood. It should be noted that we have added some metal plates to the back of this item to provide support for the mirror frame, which can be seen in the photographs. There is a single key supplied that fits both cupboard door locks.With attractive carved details and marquetry panels on the cupboard doors this attractive piece is sure to be a much-admired addition to the family home.
