HOW TO USE: Once desired color/design is applied to the nail surface, top coat with Ladybug Luster. Cure for 60 seconds. Using the liner of your choice, paint your desired design. Allow the WET paint to sit on the nail for 30-60 seconds. This will allow the chrome finish to appear. Cure for 60 seconds and you're done.
