Misty Peak is green tea of the Mao Feng cultivar grown at 600m altitude in one of China’s oldest known growing regions: Yellow Mountain, Anhui. The dry leaves have a handsome, silvery-green color with a light downy fuzz, which gives them a misty appearance. The leaves brew into a pale green-yellow tea. Misty Peak has a complex flavor profile. We taste fresh hay, boiled chestnuts, light woodiness, and a hint of mango.
