The Mitchell Arrow is a 57in two-piece cue with a nylon wrap through the butt. A wrap is wound thread rather than lacquer, so the back hand sits on a textured surface with some giv e in it, and it keeps its grip when the hand warms and dampens through a session. That is the practical difference from a plain lacquered butt, which becomes slick exactly when a player is settling into a long session. A 10mm glue-on tip is fitted — a middle diameter that suits pool and general play, putting enough leather on the ball to be forgiving of a slightly off-centre strike while still allowing side to be applied.
