From the Watervale sub-region, yellow/straw in colour, this is intensely aromatic offering notes of limes, florals, lemon curd, wet slate, dry herbs and grapefruit. The wine is balanced, seamless and has serious intensity. The focus never wavers at any stage along the journey and the wine exhibits most impressive length.
