Country: Australia, McLaren Vale Tasting Notes: Dark garnet red. Highly perfumed, beguiling nose of blackberry bramble, tar, and fresh minty herbals with more delicate floral potpo urri notes and powerful yet quality savoury, spicy, vanillin French oak. Serious, deep flavours of plum, blackcurrant, and liquorice, with a juicy, full-bodied, silken structure that builds to a fine, grainy finish. The real signature here is the firmer, more structural tannin that provide a framework for a wine that will age for a long time and continue to evolve in its complexity. Varietal: 100% Shiraz Pairing: Serious wine for special occasions. Try Italian lasagna, Vincisgrassi. Volume: 750ML Vintage: 2020 Show more
