The use of dark malts provides subtle notes of coffee, chocolate and molasses, together with chestnut undertones, all culminating in a crisp, dry finish. 3x Jex-Blake Mosaic IPA (5.6% ABV): a luscious, single-hop, golden beer with juicy, tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and mango and pine and citrus flavours. 3x Lucky Spence IPA (3.4% ABV): a highly flavoursome and aromatic sessionable IPA that uses Citra hops, Lucky Spence IPA has a lush, fruity character with an assertive bitterness.
