Used in jewellery and talismans since the Stone Age, amber was highly valued by the Vikings, who called it "Baltic gold". Amber is traditionally believed to be a protective and uplifting stone, associated with warmth, vitality and positive energy. As a love crystal, amber is also believed to bring good luck, increase natural radiance and attract lasting love.
