This will vary from time to time, generally it will be a mix of Australian Hardwoods. Our Australian Mixed Firewood will always be similar to our Redgum Firewood in its burning quality and have a high heat output and long burning time. It is possible to be delivered only one type of wood rather than a mix, it depends what product is in stock. **THERE IS NO REDGUM IN THIS PRODUCT** Victorians have often grown up using Redgum, however we strongly urge you to try our Australian Mixed Hardwood. There's not much difference, except the price! What size can I expect? As a guide, our Australian Mixed Firewood is split roughly to the size of a shoe box, but you will get pieces that are bigger and smaller (sizes will vary). Watch this video to see the different sizes of firewood. How do you weigh firewood? We use certified scales on our front end loader to measure the weight of our firewood. Do you stack firewood? All deliveries of firewood are tipped off. We do not offer stacking as a part of our delivery service. Our firewood is 100% sustainable. The hardwood you receive comes from plantation-grown timber, meaning it’s been specifically grown for this purpose. So you can feel good knowing you’re making an environmentally friendly choice. We use timbers like Bluegum, Stringybark, Messmate, Mahogany, and Sugargum.
