Brewer Info:Tamamura Brewery Tamamura Brewery is located at the foot of Shiga Kogen in Nagano. The brewery was founded in 1805 by the first generation, Kisoji, and its name, Tamamura, is derived from Joshu Tamamura village, where he trained. For over 200 years, the sake brewed here, benefiting from the clear water, clear air, and cold climate, has been loved by many. Since 2004, we have also started brewing Shiga Kogen Beer and Yamabushi, even engaging in raw material farming, including hops. We pursue creating flavors unique to this region and beers we ourselves want to drink, enjoying every step of the process.
