The nose on this extremely well-packaged sake is a tapestry of blueberry, pear, mango, and honeydew wafts. This very bright and fruit-forward Daiginjo has an acidity act that speak s to wine drinkers. There is quite a collection of flavors that match the nose of this brew: white grape, pear, and honeydew melon abound. The strength of the sake however is the feeling of the fluid in the palate – smooth, round and buoyed by a gentle acidity.
