The S&S MK136 Black Edition is a complete 136 cubic inch oil cooled Milwaukee-Eight crate motor that fits an M8 bagger at stock engine height. No Shipping to California. Engines do not ship for free. Please contact us for shipping information before ordering. S&S built the MK136 for riders who have run out of road with bolt on parts. It ships as a finished motor rather than a parts list, and it drops into an M8 Touring chassis without raising the engine or cutting the frame. Every major system inside it, from the cylinder heads down to the oil sump, was reworked with 136 cubic inches in mind. Inside the MK136 Black Edition Motor The cylinder heads flow more air than stock and carry premium seats, guides, springs and seals. Intake and exhaust valves are oversized by 1.00 mm and sit 0.030" longer than stock, which cleans up valvetrain geometry as much as it raises flow. High lift springs handle up to 0.605" of lift. Cooling passages around the exhaust seats were enlarged to move heat away from the hottest part of the head, and exclusive S&S breather boxes cut oil carryover while balancing internal engine pressure. The crankcase side is just as thorough. Patented dual spray piston cooling jets aim oil directly at the pistons, a precision machined oil scraper improves oil control and cuts internal friction, and an enlarged sump with a contoured floor holds more oil and returns it faster. Forged pistons, an S&S performance oil pump and cam support plate, premium tappets and tappet cuffs, billet aluminum covers, a sprocket shaft spacer, Champion spark plugs and a cam cover badge all ship with the motor.
