MLT Leveling System TP-0.8 Ready Line Single-Use Strap MLT Systems' "Ready Line" are single-use straps for tile leveling. With the single-piece strap, no more pre-assembly is necessary. The strap is designed with the commercial contractor in mind; there are no extra labor costs associated with the base plate assembly and cleanup sorting. This will significantly prolong the working life of each cap Caps, rubber feet, and steel inserts are all sold separately MLT System Installation No more Pre-assembly required The spacing of each reusable connecting tab should not exceed 20" to 24" apart during installation Do not place them under a four-corner junction, as lippage may result and also significantly increase the difficulty of producing a straight grout joint line Once the pre-reusable base plate is in place, proceed using standard installation procedures Upon completing the "set" of the tile or stone, lower the tension locking cap over the single-use strap connecting the tab to the tile or stone surface, then slide the cap in the direction of the grout joint to engage the lock Place the installation/removal tool atop the tension locking cap to engage the reusable connecting tab and tension MLT System to create a lippage-free surface If additional cleaning of the grout joint line is required after the MLT System has been tensioned, remove the cap, clean the joint line, re-engage the cap, and re-tension To remove the set tension setting, dial “S” for "Snap.” Place the installation/removal tool atop the reusable cap and engage the reusable connecting tab When using the MLT System for installations of thin tile, unglazed, or highly polished materials, it is strongly recommended to use the fitted Rubber Pad accessory under the reusable tension locking cap
