< Old-vine Grenache from Blewitt Springs. MMAD Grenache 2023 draws from vines planted in 1939 on sandy soils over ironstone, delivering elegance, energy and depth. Aromas of raspberry, pomegranate, rose petal and cracked spice open, backed by hints of black pepper and subtle earth. The palate flows with macerated strawberry, cherry, flint and spice, framed by fine, silky tannins and vibrant acidity. Mostly destemmed fruit was fermented in a mix of concrete and large oak format, then matured in large, old French oak to retain freshness and site clarity.
