The notebook includes 80 sheets of premium paper, each with the planner lines printed in grey on one side only. A space at the top invites you to mark the page with a date and/or subject. The book is bound with a sturdy double-wire coil and protected by splash-resistant plastic covers in front and back. Each page is perforated for easy, clean removal.
