I like hearing old-timey expressions like "That's The Way The Cookie Crumbles" and "Good Things Come In Small Packages". Often more cautionary commentary about shit that's already gone wrong, but done well they sound like sagely pearls. I've always admired those who could weave grandma-wisdom nuggets into conversation without flinging them against the wall. I’m sure there’s an expression to describe this ring.
