Apply to your surface using fingers, a spoon, or a sculpting tool. Shape and texture as desired. Smooth the surface with wet hands or a damp brush while still workable. Allow to dry — workable for ~15 minutes; paintable after ~30 minutes. Note: compound may remain damp to the touch for 24–48 hours but can be painted and worked upon after 30 minutes.
