Tall, versatile, and balanced for all manner of daily meal preparation, Oliver crafts each knife by hand at his studio in Kassel, Germany. As is expected of Oliver's work, a thin edge, slim, pointed tip for precise slices and detail work, and the blade’s convex bevel geometry combine to form a tool as functional as it is beautiful.
