This original painting is of extremely fine quality and has been created with great skill and finesse by master thangka painters from Nepal. This painting features the sacred sylla ble 'Om' in the centre, surrounded by the 8 Auspicious Symbols in a lotus pattern. These elements are then organised as a mandala and surrounded by lotus petals in an abstract pattern, drawing the viewer's attention inwards. At the heart of the mandala lies the sacred syllable Om in Tibetan script . We were absolutely blown away by the great detail in this painting (e.g. quality of drawing for the 8 auspicious symbols) and how beautifully each element has been represented.
