These plates can be used on both the top and bottom of our Modular Filter Slider, giving you maximum flexibility to use the Modular Filter Slider where you need it most.Each plate comes with 3 replacement screws and an Allen wrench. New, Thicker Plates Now Available To make our Modular Filter Slider easier to incorporate into common optical trains, we have made thicker female threaded plates available. These plates are 3.5mm thicker than our usual plates, making the total height of the Modular Filter Slider 21mm when a thicker plate is used. The new plate options are: Female M42 (+3.5mm height) Female M48 (+3.5mm height) Female M54 (+3.5mm height) Please note that these plates will not work with our Original Filter Slider. If you are unsure whether you have a Modular Filter Slider or the Original Filter Slider, just check to see whether both the top and bottom plate are removable using three screws near the outer edge. If both sides can be removed, then you have a Modular Filter Slider. If just one plate can be removed, you have the Original Filter Slider and will need a different top plate.
