We are a small family run business that handmakes all of our items in small batches therefore it can take up to a week to make and dispatch an order, so if purchasing as a gift, please allow enough time. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons such a Christmas and national holidays during which all postal services are busy. Storage Advice: Our products are handmade entirely from raw natural ingredients and are free from artificial additives & preservatives, therefore if stored in a warm environment they may melt or change in consistency. Whilst this will not reduce the effectiveness of the product in anyway, it is recommended that all of our Skinfood products be stored in a cool place or fridge. The Shelf-life of these natural products is approximately 6 months, however they will stay fresher for much longer if stored in the fridge. Never put water or wet hands in jar.
