Sunshine Molasses is a blend of blackstrap molasses and selected refinery streams to produce a more balanced flavour whilst retaining all of the natural goodness typically present in molasses. Sunshine Molasses appears black to reddish brown (when aerated) and the odour and flavour are typically strong of caramelised sugar with a hint of sweetness.
