Mole is a pre hispanic recipe, a blend of chilli peppers, spices and cacao. A strong icon of Mexican food. You can adjust the taste by using dried peppers or extra cacao, give it a sweeter touch or a spicer touch. Mole is used on chicken, enmoladas, mixed with beans, and many other Mexican traditional dishes. Cooking instructions Pour the content on a pot and warm it up at medium heat during 2 minutes and keep stirring until obtaining a soft paste, add water gradually (900ml) and keep stirring.
