Molnlycke Mepilex Up Foam Dressing, Silicone Adhesive, Square, SterileThe Mepilex Up Foam Dressing from Molnlycke is a next-generation silicone foam dressing engineered to counteract one of the most common wound care challenges: leakage. Unlike standard foam dressings, Mepilex Up is intuitively designed to spread fluid in all directions — even against gravity — allowing it to manage high volumes of exudate for extended wear time. Its square, sterile construction and soft silicone adhesive border make it an excellent choice for clinicians and caregivers looking for a reliable, high-capacity dressing solution. This dressing is built to handle both thin and viscous wound fluids, giving it a fluid handling capacity that outperforms many traditional foam dressings on the market. The gentle silicone adhesive layer secures the dressing in place while minimizing trauma to fragile periwound skin, making removal comfortable and reducing the risk of skin stripping at dressing change.Mepilex Up Foam Dressing is available in 4" x 4", 6" x 6", and 8" x 8" sizes — simply select your preferred size above to match your wound care needs. Because it can be used across a wide range of wound types and body locations, this dressing offers flexibility for moderate to heavily exuding wounds in both clinical and home care settings. Each dressing is individually packaged and sterile, ready to use straight out of the pack. Trusted by wound care professionals, Molnlycke's Mepilex Up combines advanced fluid management with everyday comfort and skin-friendly wear.
