Momentum is a collaboration lot built around the women producers a part of the Unblended Collective. This project is designed to give farmers in Colombia higher value coffee variet ies, like Chiroso, to boost the value of their product and brand. Sourced from smallholder plots across Antioquia and Huila, each lot in the program is harvested, processed, and traceable to the women behind it. The result is a washed Colombia that's balanced, sweet and complex. We were impressed by the notes of dark chocolate and nougat paired with the sweetness of roasted pineapple. Show more
