This heating core by Mondo is the solution to baking large & deep cakes in less time and with profession results. The superior heat conduction helps improve baking times, provides for a better rise and even baking. Recommended for all cakes larger than 12" and for pans deeper than 3" deep. Heating core measures approximately 10.6cm diameter and 12cm in height.
