"Monet" is carefully crafted with fine merino wool & silk fiber blended just right to create the subtle colors of the Earth at sunset inspired by French Impressionists. The art is in the layout of the wool. Felted together on hand dyed silk in the nuno tradition, Monet is super lightweight and elegant - perfect for any time of the year. Measurements: 10" x 53" or 25.5 cm x 135 cm *Care instructions: Hand wash is COLD water (never hot) with very mild detergent. Do not agitate while washing, as the fine layer of wool will continue to shrink – just a short soak and a few dips. Rinse cold and gently squeeze out the access water by rolling in a towel. Gently shape it back to its original shape (blocking). Drying flat is ideal. If ironing is necessary, use wool setting with steam and press gently to maintain texture. Hand block to shape while ironing is helpful. This item can also be dry-cleaned but hand washing is recommended to maintain the texture. Show more
