Monin's Cassis Syrup is a French blackcurrant syrup built for cocktails and mixed drinks, delivering the tart, dark-berry character of cassis in concentrated, ready-to-pour form. I t is a mixology essential rather than a wine, but no less useful behind a superyacht bar. Serve chilled at 8-10°C, mixed into a Kir, a Cassis Royale with sparkling wine, or used to add colour and fruit depth to spritzes and sours.
