Monkee Grip Cable Adapter Kit Bring Monkee Grips to the Cable Machine The Monkee Grip Cable Adapter Kit connects your Monkee Grips to cable machines, allowing you to build grip training directly into rows, pulldowns, curls, pushdowns, face pulls, flys, raises, and more. After extensive testing, we are confident in the design and have found it to be compatible with virtually all commercial cable machines we have tested. This is the first edition of the Monkee Grip Cable Adapter. As we continue developing the system, future versions may include refinements to the hardware, fit, or setup. As a thank-you to the customers supporting the first edition, anyone who purchases this version will receive 50% off the next-generation Cable Adapter Kit when it becomes available. Turn Cable Exercises Into Grip Training Cable machines are one of the easiest ways to add grip work to exercises already in your routine. Instead of holding a fixed cable handle, attach your Monkee Grips and make your hands and forearms work throughout the movement. Use the Cable Adapter Kit for exercises such as: Lat pulldowns Seated cable rows Straight-arm pulldowns Face pulls Bicep curls Tricep pushdowns Cable flys Rear delt flys Lateral raises Single-arm rows Shrugs Core rotations And many more The goal is simple: train your grip during the exercises you are already doing. What's Included Each Cable Adapter Kit includes: 2 heavy-duty steel spring carabiners 2 heavy-duty triangle attachment rings The kit is designed for use with a pair of Monkee Grips and provides everything needed for most cable machine setups. Designed for Broad Cable Machine Compatibility Cable machines use a variety of attachment styles, but after further testing, we have found this system to work with virtually all commercial cable machines. On some machines with unusually small attachment eyelets, an additional small connector may be useful between the machine and the included carabiner. Common options include: A smaller carabiner A quick link A cable attachment connector Another suitable gym connector These situations appear to be the exception rather than the norm. Works With All Monkee Grip Models The Cable Adapter Kit works with: Original Jute Monkee Grips Black Cotton Monkee Grips Level 2 Cotton Monkee Grips The triangle rings are intentionally compact. Some rope variations may fit more snugly than others during installation, but once attached, the grips are secure and ready for training. Fast Setup Attach the Cable Adapter Kit to the cable machine, connect your Monkee Grips to the triangle rings, and train. The setup is compact, portable, and easy to move between cable stations. Use only with secure equipment and inspect all hardware and grips before each session. Why Use the Cable Adapter?
