You are purchasing a flat ODD count peyote digital pattern....NOT THE ITEM IN THE PHOTO!!**THIS IS A FLAT ODD COUNT PEYOTE PATTERN. You will work FLAT, then zip up the piece to form the tube.**I’m blessed to be one proud GRANDMA to three incredible individuals. Ayvrie, Emrie and Flynn are my "little monkeys"...this pattern was created in their honor. Oh they are precious...I stitched the original using a size 12 beading needle and 4lb FIRELINE fishing line.I used size 11/0 Delica beads to create this pattern and size 15/0 seeds for the 3-bead picot trim. THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL.If you do decide to work the picot trim, I would suggest working it before you zip up the back.When you’ve completed the design, you will "zip" up the back by going in and out of each side. I stitch the top/bottom beads twice to secure. Weave in your ends.I used 9 colors making 37 columns and 66 rows using a total of 1221 beads.The cover as designed measures 2 3/4 inches around by a 1 7/8 inches tall, lying flat.I hope you enjoy making this cover for your LITTLE MONKEYS!
