As with the original Monkey Shoulder, S mokey Monkey is a blended malt whisky made with single malts from owner William Grant's distilleries, which include Glenfiddich, Balvenie and Kininvie, but it's widely believed that Smokey Monkey uses peated malt whisky from Ailsa Bay as one of the components.
