Underneath, fig and buttercup tangle with chamomile and goldberry, herbaceous and slightly sticky, before settling into a quiet base of musk and dried hay. The name nods to the Musk Monkeyflower, a Victorian-era houseplant once prized for its rich musk scent that, at the turn of the twentieth century, mysteriously and permanently lost its fragrance. Stora Skuggan's tribute is part botanical eulogy, part wearable folklore, and very much its own thing on skin: warm, golden, a little wild around the edges.
