'Monmouth' is a high yielding tree that produces medium size, round kernels that blanch very well, making it suitable for a variety of confectionary and baked good applications as well as fordirect eating especially when roasted. Most kernels are 12 – 14 mm in diameter with an average weight of 1.19 grams and kernel percentageof 52%.
