Refer express post times above. PACKAGINGAll orders are packed and sealed in cello bags, then into a rigid cardboard mailer. Toppers are also packaged with a cardboard backing sheet. If by chance your item is damaged in transit I'm happy to provide a replacement, provided I am sent a clear image of the damaged item. I ensure all items are in perfect condition prior to posting. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact me immediately with description and image of fault. Item will need to be returned in it's original, un-used condition, and in original packaging. Once I have received the item and seen fault, I will offer refund or resupply item. Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions aren't met. REFUNDS/EXCHANGES Unfortunately I do not offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
