Monsoon not only makes an amazing shot of espresso but also a fantastic and balanced cup of coffee. MBW-CNFZ Its unique flavor profile is attributed to the beans being exposed to the monsoon rain and winds in ventilated warehouses for 12 to 16 weeks. The green beans swell and lose their acidity which results in a very neutrally pH balanced coffee. Our Monsoon Malabar coffee is both creamy and full bodied with chocolate-like notes which makes for an amazing shot of espresso but also a fantastic and well balanced cup of coffee. Show more
