Monte Cristo is a plush, extremely soft cotton boucle´. If you look at it closely, it's constructed with a thick strand of unspun cotton fiber wrapped with a very thin binder threa d. It feels like butter! Because there's almost no "bounce" to the yarn, the resultant fabric is very drapey and cuddly.
