AGING: The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vat s with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, for 12 days. Aging for four months in French and American oak barrels. VIEW: Ruby.BOUQUET: This wine has a deep violet color with good concentration on the nose. Rich in aroma, with notes of ripe black fruits well combined with floral notes.MOUTH: In the mouth it is very fruity and with good structure, revealing an excellent balance between tannins and acidity.
