A classic Soave from Cantina di Monteforte, one of the key cooperative producers in the eastern hills of the Soave Classico zone in Veneto. The wines here are made primarily from G arganega, the region’s signature grape, grown on volcanic and limestone soils that give both texture and freshness. In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow colour with green reflections, opening with delicate aromas of white flowers, elderflower, apple and citrus peel. The palate is dry, light-to-medium bodied and clean, with flavours of lemon, white peach and subtle almond, often finishing with that classic Soave note of fresh almond and gentle minerality.
