For a monthly subscription, you will receive your order once a month. An individual plan typically feeds one person for four meals (varies per person). After completing payment, wa tch your email for your welcome email. You will fill out a menu survey to make your selections. You will receive a Tuesday email preceding delivery on Wednesday as a delivery reminder with additional details. The no-contact delivery will be Wednesday.
