An organic, pure herbal infusion for everyday discomfort and to support a healthy cycle. Make like instant coffee. Use 1/2 teaspoon of herbs per cup of boiling water. Pour over the herbs and leave to infuse for a minimum of 12 minutes. Honey can be added to taste. Take up to 3 times per day. Ingredients: cramp bark, Lady's Mantle, Jamaican dogwood &ginger root.
