Subscriptions are billed once per month and renew automatically unless paused or canceled. Can I cancel my subscription? Yes. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or canceled at any time through your customer account. When does cancellation take effect? Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You’ll still receive any box that has already been billed. Do you offer refunds? Because subscription boxes are prepared in advance, refunds are not issued for boxes that have already been billed. How is tea measured? All teas are measured by weight, not volume. Leaf size and density vary, so visual fill levels may differ slightly. Can I choose my teas?
