Made with super fresh, raw milk, straight from our own cows, we handle the milk gently. There are no high pressure pumps in action. Our milk is not standardised at a big factory. At 8.6% solids and above it has a high protein content (Supermarket milk only has to have 6% solids content). It comes in Diced. Approx Size: 450gm Recipe of Paprika Paneer Pizza INGREDIENTS 1 1/4 cup of flour 1 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder Little bit of salt 2 tablespoons of oil 1/2 cup of milk METHOD Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl, mix it together and make a hole in the centre. Pour in the hole the oil and milk. Mix it with a fork so every ingredient combines. Then kneed with clean hands to firm dough (add either more milk, oil or flour to the dough if needed). Roll the dough out into desired shape and thickness. Add tomato paste to the pizza base and top pizza with your favourite toppings. Sprinkle cheese on top to complete. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C and for about 15 minutes.
