Misabel is Moominmamma's maid who tends to be suspicious and quite dramatic, and she shares secrets and trouble with her dog, Sorry-oo. In the Misabel Yellow bowl from the Moomin C lassics Collection, Misabel is doing the dishes and washing the carpets. Misabel likes to do her work in her own way and gets easily offended if her ways are questioned. The illustrations are based on Tove Jansson's comic "Moominmamma's Maid" from 1956.
