The moon hung low over the orchard ,lighting it with a silver cast. Each tree looked like a beautiful silhouette, with twisted branches . Although bare of fruit the beauty was not gone, but hidden. We walked carefully between rows of bare fruit trees preparing for their long Winter nap. The wind drifted through carrying the blended scents of damp soil, drying leaves and the faint smell of oranges peels. There was no rush here, no clock and no noise. With only the company of the trees it was a beautiful evening.
