Bright and minty over a green, faintly astringent base. Moontime is built for the days you want to slow down and be left alone, and it is meant to be made deliberately rather than grabbed. What's In It Raspberry Leaf, the long-standing women's herb of folk practice, plain and tannic like a light black tea. Nettle Leaf, deep green and mineral in character, giving the blend its body. Peppermint, cool and sharp, the first thing you taste. Lemon Balm, gentle lemon sweetness that softens the edges. Skullcap, quiet and faintly bitter, the settling note underneath everything else. Spiritual Properties Worked with for retreat, rest and turning inward. The cup for the part of the cycle that asks for less doing. To Brew One tablespoon per cup.
