This was our last day on Moorea and it felt like the island had finally decided to turn it on for us. We’d just finished a whale tour without seeing a single whale, and after spend ing most of the week fighting clouds, a bit of rain and less-than-perfect water, I sent the drone up for one last look. Finally, everything came together — blue skies, barely any wind and that ridiculously clear turquoise water Moorea is known for. Not a bad way to finish the trip. Show more
