Many Yamaha ATV's come from the factory with a drive chain that doesn't have a master link and requires a chain breaker to replace your old chain. Additionally, you may need to rem ove a link or two from your new chain as most Yamaha ATV's run a stock 98 link chain length and most new chains come in 100 link lengths.
