A sea breeze in every cup. Grown near the coast in southern Sri Lanka, the Moragalla Estate gives this Oolong its distinctive personality. The slightly higher salt content in the s oil is absorbed by the tea plants, lending a unique depth to its flavour. Carefully selected mature and younger leaves – always “two leaves and a bud” or “three leaves and a bud” – are gently broken, never damaged, to allow natural oxidation during fermentation. The result is a long, black, open leaf that brews into a bronze-coloured cup with subtle roasted notes, malty undertones, and a warm, spicy base.
