After a lengthy hiatus Perrin Morbier AOP is back in the United States! This classic French AOP cheese is aged for a minimum of 70 days in the caves at Fromagerie Perrin. Perrin Mo rbier is made from raw cow’s milk collected both in the morning and the evening, separated by a layer of vegetable ash.
