Jo-Anne Echevarria-Meyers In 1983, Echevarria-Meyers engaged in a project whereby she posted American dollar bills to unsuspecting artists requesting they do something to alter the bill and return it to her. The responses were so compelling that in 1984 she documented the results in a self-published limited edition book, MONEY. Recently in 2021-2022 during the Covid 19 epidemic and the American Insurrection she reawakened the Dollar Bill Event summoning artists around the world.
